Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Bedrock Victorville Concrete and Masonry handles the information you share when you visit our website, call us or ask for an estimate. We're a masonry contractor in Victorville, CA, and we collect only what we need to answer you, come out to your property and do the work you hire us for.
It applies to this website, starting at our home page, and to the calls, messages and estimate requests that come through it. You can learn more about who we are on our About page.
What information we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect what you type in. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a short description of the work, so we can reply and plan a visit.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service. Your answers go through that service to reach us, and it handles them under its own privacy terms.
When you call (760) 493-2913, we keep the number you called from and any notes we take about your project. We don't ask for payment card numbers or Social Security numbers on this website.
Cookies and analytics
Like most websites, ours uses cookies, small files your browser stores, along with basic analytics tools. They tell us which pages people visit, how they found us and what kind of device they used, so we can see what's useful and fix what isn't.
This information is about how the site is used, not about you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading pages and contacting us.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your questions, schedule an estimate, prepare a quote and do the job if you hire us. We may also call or email you about that project, such as to confirm a visit or follow up after the work is done.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only when it's needed to run the business or do your job. That includes the outside services that host our website, run our contact form and provide our analytics, and suppliers or subcontractors who need a job address to deliver materials or help on site.
We may also share information if the law requires it, such as to answer a valid legal request.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you, stand behind our work and keep the business and tax records we're required to keep. If you contact us and never hire us, we usually remove your details once they're no longer useful.
Analytics data is kept by the analytics provider under its own settings and is reviewed in summary form, not person by person.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. California residents also have rights under state privacy law to know what's collected, to have it deleted or corrected and to opt out of its sale or sharing, and we won't treat you differently for using any of them.
If you'd rather we stop calling or emailing you, just tell us and we'll take you off our list. We'll need to confirm who you are before we hand over or delete records, so your information isn't released to the wrong person.
Children's privacy
Our website is for homeowners and property owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The latest version will always be on this page, and it was last updated in November 2026.
